This section applies to your use of the Soarenity App (the “App”), the “Silver” subscription, and the “Silver” agent (the AI avatar/voice/automation within the App). If any terms here conflict with other sections of this Privacy Policy, this section controls for App- and Silver-related features.
“Silver” refers collectively to the avatar, voice, and AI automation deployed within the Soarenity App.
We collect data in the App to operate core functionality, improve reliability and performance, and enhance user experience. This may include device and session information, interaction and usage logs, error and performance metrics, and feature configuration data necessary for the App to function properly.
To use the App, you must provide personal information such as your name and email address. This information is used to create and maintain your account, authenticate access, and communicate important service-related updates.
When you subscribe to Silver, we maintain subscription status and limited operational metadata (e.g., eligibility, feature access flags, and usage counters necessary to provide the service). We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.
If a subscriber enables virtual checkout to receive payments from their customers, they may provide their Stripe-related credentials. We store these credentials in encrypted form and decrypt them only when needed to operate the App’s payment features. We do not expose these credentials in any other way. Payment processing with your customers occurs through the connections you configure; you are responsible for the accuracy of your credentials and account configuration.
Your account data is protected with specific credentials when systems communicate across servers. An exception applies to any media you upload (for example, background or foreground assets). Such media may be accessible by direct URL. If those URLs are leaked or shared, the corresponding media can be accessed by others. By using these features, you understand and accept these risks and should avoid uploading sensitive content as display media.
We do not use or sell personal or company data for any purpose other than operating the App, providing the Silver subscription and agent, and personalizing the user experience. Data is secured and is not shared externally except as necessary to run essential services (e.g., secure hosting or payment infrastructure) under confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
Your data is secured using modern encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for essential website operations (such as secure hosting or payment processing partners, who are bound to strict confidentiality).
We do not sell, trade, or share your information for marketing purposes. We only disclose your data if legally required, or to service providers under confidentiality agreements for running essential services.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@soarenity.ai. We comply with all regulatory data requests or removals as required by law.
