Updates and insights from the Soarenity team.

Launch day and pivot

I began launch day with a rollout of social media posts and advertisements. This was a sobering experience. The costs of advertisements was not worth the turnover rate (zero). Soarenity received 400 visits with no purchases or other engagements in the website. This costed a significant amount of money and was severely disappointing.

I decided to pivot and over the course of the next month and a half, the projected agent, Soarenity Black was postponed and Silver was pushed to the forefront, deliverable via a mobile app. The reasoning was so that I could Save money on advertisements and push a product directly to businesses rather than through online methods.

The app has completed and is currently in Closed Testing on Google Play. Launch is expected to be within 3 weeks due to the timeline and testing requirements on Google Play.

Soarenity Silver features an interactive visual agent with real time lip-sync and a friendly, customizable avatar and voice. The entire scene is customizable and businesses have full controls over the agent's personality, name, purpose, data, etc. Silver can take virtual orders and push messages to staff through a unique messaging/tasking feature. Subscribers can sponsor employees so that they have access to these messages and can take care of tasks given by the bot or the manager.

We also integrated daily reports. This summarizes customer interactions, transactions, and any remaining tasks for that day. These reports are accessible and downloadable by the subscriber only.

Our pivot towards Silver aims to deliver an Agent to small businesses immediately, larger businesses later, and individual consumers after that. It's purpose initially is to reduce stress and workload on employees by facilitating customer interaction and assistance.

Soarenity's Birthday

I'm proud to announce the official launch of Soarenity! I started this company because I realized that there are too many areas of society not benefitting from the performance-enhancing effects of artificial intelligence. In this post, I'll briefly cover some of our accomplishments over the course of the idea-to-launch era. These blogs aim to provide some transparency and awareness about what we are doing. Large corporations often have nefarious algorithms and agendas and I'm hoping that this proves the difference between us and them and proves that your voice has a significant impact in the changes we make to our products and services.

Lets start with who I am; My name is Nelson-Tiberius. I prefer to go by Tiberius. I am an average person just like many people reading this. I started from nothing but an idea. I constantly have this urge to create and bring something unique to my community.

Soarenity started with a single Digital Ocean Droplet. I built this into what it is today, establishing an external database, connecting various separate operations for an automated text-to-3d printing pipeline, and generating a marketplace by connecting with a network of hundreds of suppliers. I've created everything alone and hope to bring more to the community this way. Teams often interfere with implementation of an idea. Luckily we don't have that problem here.

Today Soarenity is born, offering users a place to buy existing and self-generated products. We will evolve, offering the ability for you to create you own shop and integrate with the central marketplace and eventually becoming a potential supplier to our business clients. We will offer businesses a logistics automation agent, and bring customers a live agent at physical locations throughout the world.

Thanks for stopping by! Future posts will be more technical and philosophically oriented, covering how and why I implemented something or plan to, so stay tuned!
